Glass bulb sensing aerosol is also named “thermo bulb temperature aerosol”, we have patent for the glass bulb head which is a special component for which we use it to startup the aerosol body.
The thermo bulb head is special design by our technician, the glass bulb on the thermo bulb head is brand of JOB of Germany, the JOB glass bulb have its rated temperature of 57℃, 68°C,79°C, 93℃ normally, Glass bulb sensing element is with top quality because it is from Germany.
Just like that of thermal cord type, the thermo glass bulb type aerosol is also an automatic and temperature sensing system, so it also can work stand-alone, and do not requires any outer power supply to activate the aerosol generator, what you do is just install the thermo bulb head on the top of minisol aerosol body and screw it.
Its particularity is similar with thermal line aerosol one, but a bit difference:
- It use glass bulb as temperature sensing element, glass bulb temperature is normally 57℃, 68°C, 79°C, 93°C, 141°C, 182°C, 260°C.
- Working principle of the glass bulb head: when the glass bulb sensing out ambient temperature reach its rated temperature, the glass bulb will broken automatically, and then the firing pin in the thermo head will hit the small copper core on the top of aerosol body and cause a tiny momentary current, and finally to activate the aerosol body to suppress.
- It is also automatic to work and stand-alone, not require any input current.
