Both manual release and abort switch are components of fire alarm system, which is need to connect with fire alarm control panel, and use for gas fire suppression systems, such as FM200, Carbon dioxide and aerosol, to manually start the fire suppression system we will need the “manual release”, to manually stop the fire suppression system we will need the “abort switch”; any of them have their own function.
AOUT MANUAL RELEASE STATION
the manual release station is connected with fire alarm panel, there is one connector (No.), thee is a “key button” at its front and a dry NO connector at the back.
Main parameter of it as follow:
- Model: AW-G201.
- Operate current: 3A @ AC220V, 3A @ DC24V.
- Dimension: 100*100*98 mm.
ABOUT ABORT SWITCH
The abort switch also need to connect with fire alarm panel, It is used to momentarily interrupt the release circuit signal when the control panel is in the alarm condition, main specifications and data sheet also as below:
- Model: AW-GD202.
- Operating current: Dry NO 3A@AC220V, 3A@DC24V.
- Protection Level: IP30.
- Working environment: -10℃ to +50℃.
